I’ve been working with Cathy for several years. She is a fantastic Pilates teacher(and I’ve tried many others!) She is well-trained, knowledgeable about how bodies work and a very attentive teacher. She is also encouraging, careful and always upbeat! On top of that, Cathy is kind and always pleasant. She has helped me with back strain and tight muscles and thanks to Cathy, I am feeling stronger than ever.

This studio was a great find, highly recommended by a friend. Cathy is not only knowledgeable but super nice. I opted for private training. Cathy makes sure your form is correct and explains everything to you as she goes along. This is not easy but I feel so much better after each session. My body feels good sore but each time I go, my movement improves! Kudos to you Cathy. Cant wait to see my body transform.
