Group Classes

Comprehensive range of exercises for all ages and fitness levels. Our small classes enable our experienced teachers to observe each individual. It is important for us to help our clients work with correct posture in order to gain maximum benefit.

Reformer Class

A 50 minute total body workout that will leave you feeling longer, more flexible and stronger! The reformer is an amazing piece of equipment that will change your body! In just 10 sessions you will see a change. All levels welcome!

Mat class

A set of exercises based on the key principles developed by Joseph Pilates. In this 50 minute class you will gain core stability, controlled movement and flexibility while flowing through a series of exercises. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

TRX/Reformer Class

You will move through the TRX strength training exercises for upper body development followed by some killer abs on the mat or suspended in the straps! The class typically finishes on the reformer for a leg series and some great hip flexor stretches! Open to all levels – 50 minutes
